Terms of use

NestDays is a calendar, not a legal service. It does not give legal advice and it does not decide custody. A parenting plan, court order or written agreement always controls.

Your account

Keep your password private. The co-parent invite link works like a key: anyone who has it can open the calendar and add busy days. Revoke it by asking the account holder to generate a new one.

Records

Swap decisions and schedule changes are logged with timestamps. The ledger is a shared record kept by the people using the app, not a certified or notarized document. For court or mediation, export the ledger and corroborate it with school, medical or housing records.

Availability

The service is provided as-is, without warranty. Backups are taken regularly, but keep your own export of any year you may need.

Acceptable use

Do not use NestDays to harass, monitor or impersonate another person. Do not attempt to access another family's calendar.
